- When do I find out where I'm going?
- 7 to 10 days before your outbound flight. We post a physical fan pack to the lead booker containing the destination city, flight information, match ticket details, a local guide to the city, and a small gift for every member of the booking.
- What airports do you fly from?
- Most major UK airports: LHR, LGW, STN, LTN, MAN, BHX, EDI, GLA, BRS, NCL, LPL. If yours isn't listed, add it on the waitlist form and we'll grow as demand grows.
- What's the difference between Basic and Gold?
- Basic could be any European top-flight league. Gold guarantees the match is in one of Lique 1, La Liga, Bundesliga or Serie A.
- Is accommodation included?
- Accommodation is always included in at least a 3 or 4 star hotel or the airbnb equivalent. Accommodation will always be within a reasonable distance of the stadium.
- Can I pick the country?
- Not on Basic — that's the mystery of it all. On Gold you can tell us one country you'd prefer to avoid (e.g. you went to Berlin last month) and we'll route around it.
- What about postponed matches?
- We hold a same-weekend backup fixture in the same tier so the trip always goes ahead.
- Can I bring a friend?
- Yes. Once bookings open, groups up to 8 are supported.
- Are you ATOL protected?
- Not yet. We're working through certification. We won't take any bookings or deposits until it's in place.
